How Does It Work?
The Shape & Tone training system is designed to fine-tune the body’s composition by sculpting the shape of the body through Cali Fitness Training System methods such as Maximal Effort Interval Training, Constant Tension Burn Out and more. By increasing your lean muscle mass and staying in a constant fat burning zone during workouts, your metabolism will skyrocket creating a Shaped and Toned physique. This program has been developed by Certified Personal Trainer, Kahlil Roth-Folly, and has been proven to generate complete body transformations when used accordingly.
